AI strategy + enablement

Navigating technology through a human lens.

I help organizations turn emerging technology into useful work: clearer strategy, smarter learning, practical governance, and change people can actually live with. I am part strategist, part facilitator, part word nerd, and a lifelong member of the Early Adopter Club.

What I do

Make AI less mysterious and more useful.

AI strategy

Blueprints, readiness, responsible adoption, and a practical path from hype to business value.

Learning design

Programs, workshops, job aids, and learning systems that help people build real capability.

Change leadership

Culture-centered enablement that respects the humans doing the changing.

Communication

Technical writing, editing, facilitation, and translation between experts and everyone else.

Current focus

AI adoption with brains, guardrails, and a little courage.

I am looking for work where AI enablement has real business impact: building practical products, shaping governance, leading teams, and helping organizations learn their way into new ways of working.

I hold an M.S. in Artificial Intelligence in Business from Arizona State University, a post-graduate certification in Artificial Intelligence in Business from ASU, and AI/change credentials from Google Cloud and Vanderbilt/Coursera.

Also, yes

I am still a word nerd.

Before AI became the shiny thing, I built a career around translating complicated ideas into clear, usable information. Technical manuals, online help, learning programs, facilitation, coaching, and writing all still matter because adoption does not happen in a prompt window. It happens with people.
